Break Arcs

This utility is for taking arc moves in the program that are greater than 90 degrees in travel and breaking them into multiple arc moves that are 90 degrees or less. With this you can convert a program to run on an older machine control that only allows arcs to travel one quadrant at a time.

Currently only implemented for lathes. 

If a section of text is selected, the action will be performed only that selection, otherwise the action will start at the cursor location and continue to the end of the file.
