Inplot Tips

Clicking the Right mouse button will turn off any CAD or Tool functions that are current.

You can have side by side editors and load separate files into each for comparison the two.

Alt-F2 key will shrink the scale of the plot window by half.

You can toggle between the last two zoom views in the plot window with the F2 key.

The Alt-F1 key will zoom to the extents of the CAD drawing.

View-Reset on the main menu will recalculate the extents of the CAD drawing, and reset the plotting variables.

The Record Toolpath Button will plot the NC program and turn the toolpath into CAD elements in the current drawing.

You can make a filled in outline of the part and show the tool cutting it away. See SOLIDS in the help file.

You can record keystrokes in the editor and play them back to make repetitive editing easier.

You can save keystrokes in the editor to file and set a button on the TOOLBOX to play it back.

In the TOOLBOX window you can set buttons to play a keyboard macro file.

In the TOOLBOX window you can set buttons to run an editor script.

In the TOOLBOX window you can set buttons to perform various commands on the editor. Right click on a button in the Toolbox.

In the Find-Replace dialog box you can replace a string of characters with multiple lines of text.
