Turns AutoCAD Solid Cutting on and off.[1 or 0]

This code only applies to the optional AutoCAD interface. When this code is found during plotting the it turns on on solid subtraction when value is 1 on turns it off when value is 0. This can be used to avoid sections of the program that recieve errors during subtraction, or want to speed up.
