Create a milling tool for display during plotting when found in a comment.

This can take one or two parameters.

Example: (TM .75)

This code creates a picture of an end mill .75 diameter.

(TM .75,.375)

This creates a picture of a milling tool .75 diameter with a .375 corner radius on the bottom. Separate two parameters with a comma.
