Plotting an external file.

Example: (TXT FACE.NC)

When this code is found during plotting the system looks for the file FACE.NC in the directory used for NC files. If it is found the system will plot all the lines in that file before returning to the editor window and continuing. The external file is not shown in the edit window while it is plotting. Subprograms are not allowed in the external file. If the filename extension is not given in the comment code line the default NC extension is used.
