Comment Code CDL

This code loads a CAD file into the plotting window. With this you can automatically load in different CAD files at different locations in the program during plotting. After the code enter the filename. If there is no file extension it defaults to '.CDL'. If there is no drive in the filename, it defaults to the CAD pathname in Configure: Directories. Ex: (CDL TOPFACE.CDL)

If file is not found in the given path, Inplot will look in the CAD path in Config-Directories.
