Comment Code TOR

Adds an amount to the already defined tool radius. Inplot normally obtains the tool radius from the tool definition as in '(TL TOOL1)' or (TM 0.5). You can add or subtract from this amount by inserting this code in a comment with a value, as in: (TOR 0.010) adds .01 to the radius that was defined in the load tool comment code.

This is the same value that can be inputted by the Tool Radius Offset Dialog box.
